Playwright Rachel Barnett has developed some fun and dynamic workshop exercises to generate imaginative creative writing with young people.
She believes that using games can surprise writers into creating work without the usual limits in place. She also believes that teaching young people about structures and storytelling techniques can give them confidence in writing across the curriculum and that, no matter what subject, creative writing and drama can bring these subjects to life.
