Explore ways of re-shaping reading pedagogies to make critical connections with children’s lives as 21st Century readers, UKLA, Birmingham and Midland Institute, Birmingham.
This UKLA National Conference will explore ways of re-shaping reading pedagogies in order to make critical connections with children’s lives as readers in 21st century. It will offer a space for interesting and vibrant debate about the teaching of reading and the changing habits and cultures of reading in which we all engage.  Practical workshops, seminars and presentations will share diverse and innovative approaches to re-defining reading across early years, through Key Stages 1-4 and beyond.
